A Conversation First
It starts with a phone call. We’d love to hear about the space you want to change, how your family uses it, your timing, and the budget you have in mind. No pressure, just a conversation.

Getting to Know Your Home
We visit, walk the space with you, and capture it with a 3D scan so every measurement is right from the start. Then we talk through your ideas and what will shape the cost.
You get: a planning range, so you know where things stand before you commit to design.
Designing It Together
With a design agreement in place, we draw your layout and show it to you in 3D. Then we sit down together in our Gretna showroom to choose cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, paint, and hardware.
Our trade partners walk the job with us, so your bid reflects exactly what you chose.
You get: 3D renderings, a complete selections list, and a detailed bid.
Getting Ready to Build
Before the first wall comes down, we pull permits, order materials, and line up the right specialists for each step. You’ll have a timeline and one person to call, with updates along the way.
You get: a timeline and a clear plan for living through the remodel.
Building With Care
We treat your home the way we’d want ours treated. Safety comes first, the work area stays protected and tidy, and you’ll always know what’s happening next. When it’s finished, we walk through every detail with you.
You get: a finished space, built the way we planned it together.

Every home is different, so we won’t guess over the phone. After we visit, you’ll get a planning range, and once design and selections are set, a detailed bid.
It covers our time in your home, the 3D scan, and your planning range. The $150 is credited toward your design agreement if you move forward within 30 days.
You’ll have a timeline before construction begins. Deliveries and inspections can shift things a little, and when they do, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Our family manages every project, and we bring in trusted local specialists for trades like electrical and plumbing. You’ll always have one person to call.
